Private lessons are one on one lessons with Justin. Each private lesson includes tailored instruction, analysis with appropriate drills, video, and a voice over, that is emailed, which summarizes the lesson.
It has been my experience that those students who come in on a regular basis (weekly or every other week if possible) make the most progress towards achieving their desired goals. The weekly lessons encourage the student to practice between lessons and make sure they are staying on track in making the desired changes. In our lessons, we will discuss what you are doing on the golf course on an ongoing basis so the lessons are best designed to address those areas that we need to work on to lower our scores. Since the full swing is responsible for roughly half of the golfer’s score, addressing the short game as well as their management and mental game is necessary to make sure that the student has the proper skills to be proficient in all parts of their game.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR FIRST LESSON: First time students should make their initial lesson for an hour. In the first lesson, we will spend the first 10-15 minutes finding out more about your golf background and what you are hoping to accomplish with lessons. (click here to read more)
GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR LESSON: To get the most out of your private lesson, it is recommended that students show up 15 to 30 minutes prior to the lesson so as to purchase range balls in the pro shop and get warmed up for the lesson (please save some balls for the lesson).
SHORT GAME LESSON DETAILS: There is no range ball fee for lessons on the short game (chipping, pitching, sand, and putting), but students who would like to warm up prior to the lesson need to check in the pro shop so that they may receive a badge and tube of balls.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, I require 24 hours notice as a courtesy to other students seeking appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours and I am not able to find a replacement, you will be charged for the full amount of that lesson. To cancel your appointment, please call me directly: (858) 254-0889
